The following data handling procedures are implemented for all customers,
transcribers, vendors, partners and Vodox Global Services:

transmitted to and from our systems is encrypted.
> Customer access through the Internet is secured with SSL log-in ID and

consultants, and contractors have software VPN clients on their
workstations. This software is designed to run on remote workstation and
provide secure connections to corporate resources via the Internet. This
software also encrypts all of the data that is returned to the national
